Information you provide. When you RSVP, we ask for your first name and email address, and an optional mobile number. If you choose to receive text messages, we also record your SMS consent and your lead source — that is, how you found us, such as a referring website.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, basic technical information may be collected, such as the pages you view, your approximate region, and your device type. This is gathered through cookies and similar tools described below.

• Confirm your RSVP and send event details, parking info, and what to wear.
• Send a confirmation email right away, plus reminders before the event.
• Send text-message reminders only if you opted in.
• Answer your questions and suggest a class that might fit you.
• Improve our events, website, and communications over time.
• Meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.

We send event and promotional text messages only to people who check the SMS consent box. Consent is completely optional — you can RSVP and attend without it.

• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
• You can also contact us to withdraw consent at any time.

We rely on your consent as the basis for sending these messages, and we share your contact information with our messaging provider only to deliver them.

• Service providers. We use trusted third-party platforms to manage contacts, send emails and text messages, and process any purchases. These providers handle information on our behalf under written agreements and may not use it for their own purposes.
• Legal compliance. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.
• Business transfers. In connection with a sale or change of control, information may transfer to the new owner subject to this policy.

We do not sell your personal information.

Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date. For material changes, we will note them on the site or send them to you when required.
